Patent Roll Call, Fall 2017

Lightbulb drawing

Receiving a patent is an intellectual achievement for any researcher and a key commercialization milestone. A patent allows a researcher’s work to be shared with the rest of the world and advances innovation in and across important fields and industries, be they health care, the environment, education, or food production, to name just a few of the areas where University of Minnesota inventions have an impact.

Congratulations to the U of M researchers who were recently awarded patents for their discoveries.
