As part of a planned upgrade, the IRB's online submission platform, ETHOS, will be offline Friday, November 7- Sunday, November 9. The system will be unavailable Thursday, November 6 after business hours and back online Monday, November 10 at 8 a.m.
What is changing?
Most of the changes will affect the “look and feel” of ETHOS, and we do not anticipate significant training needs for users.
Preparing for Downtime
Prior to downtime, print approved consent forms or other participant facing materials to PDF and/or download for use offline.
Reportable New Information During the Downtime
During the downtime, Reportable New Information (RNI) forms will not be available. If you need immediate guidance, please contact the IRB at [email protected]. RNIs should be submitted via ETHOS once it is back online.
