Ahead of the ARCH go-live on September 30, 2026, we will send weekly updates covering essential action items and priorities for the upcoming week. This week’s items include:
Action Required
1. Complete Required Training
- Complete ARCH Orientation and Navigation (Training Hub course R1000) to gain access to ARCH and the training environment.
2. Register for Hybrid Training Sessions
- Tuesday, September 8 - Hybrid training kicks off with an ARCH Overview. Zoom registration links will be published in the schedule document no later than Thursday, September 3.
- Details regarding training environment access and practice exercises will be sent directly to individuals upon completing the Training Hub course.
3. Submit Census Information
- PIs and primary lab contacts will receive census data to review and complete required information on September 8. Please verify and submit updates by September 14.

Review Hardware Specs
- The ARCH Hardware overview document has been updated with information on smaller label printers available for lab purchase. RAR will supply the label stock; please consult your area supervisor for label stock access.
