Access is available to faculty and staff with an Internet ID (x.500) and password. You must be on the University of Minnesota campus network to access the RCR Core classes. If you are away from campus, you should install/configure a Virtual Private Networking (VPN). Be sure to clear your cache and use the most current version of your internet browser. Out-of-date browsers may not have security changes necessary to access the course.
Note: Some browsers may not open all the RCR videos. RCO is working on a fix.
The RCR Core Curriculum must be completed no later than 90 days from the date of a PI’s initial appointment. Personnel anticipating a research award within the 90 day window should meet the RCR requirement as early as possible. Awarded funds cannot be released until all RCR requirements are met.
