Research Development Program Manager
Cami Connell leads the Proposal Development Core, a team that supports the full lifecycle of research proposals. She specializes in providing project management and strategic guidance for large-scale grant proposals, helping research teams navigate and organize their most complex requirements. As a strategic partner for Principal Investigators and their partners, Cami and her team help foster collaboration and contribute to the creation of competitive, high-quality proposal submissions. A self-proclaimed chaos wrangler, Cami is a PMP® certified project manager with over a decade of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects. She is currently pursuing a PhD in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development at the University of Minnesota.
