MacKenzie O’Kane is a Research Development Program Coordinator in RDO, joining the office in 2025. She divides her time between the RIO Funding and Awards team and the Proposal Development team. MacKenzie specializes in helping researchers through essential pre-award activities, utilizing her strong skills in project management and coaching.
In her role, MacKenzie directly leads the Limited Submissions and Matching Funds programs. She also supports her colleagues in the management of other internal funding competitions and various research development efforts across the office.
