ETHOS (Ethical Oversight Submission System) is a web-based platform for IRB submissions. Learn more about ETHOS.
University of Minnesota faculty, staff and students can log into ETHOS using their University Internet ID (x500) and password. MHealth Fairview, Gillette and University of Minnesota Physicians (UMP) employees without a University Internet ID, or with an ID that is no longer active, can request an ETHOS account.
Study personnel that are not UMN, MHealth Fairview, Gillette or UMP affiliated will not be granted an ETHOS account. Consider whether the individual should be added (see "Who is considered Study Personnel for purposes of IRB submission?" in the Investigator Manual (HRP-103)).
