Please plan ahead. Submission deadlines are set so that staff and volunteer members have adequate time to review multiple applications. If you miss a submission deadline, your application is automatically moved to the next month's submission deadline/meeting. Responses from the IBC meeting are typically sent out in eProtocol within one week of the meeting date.
