Andy Lee

As a Venture Associate, Andy supports startups within the Venture Center Pipeline, acting as a link between entrepreneurs and essential resources. His role is to support and facilitate the formation and launch of startups based on cutting-edge technologies from the University of Minnesota.

Before joining the technology commercialization team, Andy gained diverse experience across several industries, including MedTech, industrial supply, and financial services. He has extensive experience in early-stage medical device technology, building and managing cross-functional teams, and developing strategic programs.

Andy earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, with a focus on Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, and holds a B.Sc. in Economics from American University.
