Commercialization Policies

Commercialization of Intellectual Property Policy: Governs patents and ownership, commercialization, and dissemination of intellectual property rights in University technologies.

Reporting inventions or software: Governs protection of intellectual property developed at the University, along with procedures for reporting inventions or software.

Federal Bayh-Dole Act: Lets small businesses and nonprofit organizations, including universities, retain the title to inventions made under federally-funded research programs.
