As Office Manager and Event Associate for the Technology Commercialization team, Katie is responsible for supporting the TechComm staff in their office and event planning needs.

Before coming to the University of Minnesota, Katie worked for Earlham College in their Epic Journey program as a career coach and recruiter. She also worked as a Library Assistant in Earlham's science library, the Center for Science and Technology.

Katie graduated from Trinity Washington University with a degree in Political Science in Washington, DC. Before she started her career in higher education, Katie oversaw the young adult lobbying program for the Friends Committee on National Legislation, which included FCNL's annual young adult lobby weekend, Spring Lobby Weekend.

Katie lives in the Twin Cities with her wife, Sam, and their pet family.
