September 2023 marks the kickoff of the University’s FY 2025 Appropriations Process where the University seeks promising projects or ideas to be submitted to members of Minnesota’s Congressional delegation, who are often willing to champion requests on behalf of the University of Minnesota for increased funding for and/or guidance to federal funding agencies through Congress’ annual appropriations process.
